A Tradition of Excellence

For four consecutive years, the Syilx Sharp Shooters have been a powerhouse at the Nicola Valley Jr. Indigenous Hockey Tournament. This past year, the club entered 6 teams across five divisions (U9–U18) and brought home 3 medals.

“For many of our players, this tournament is the highlight of their season—an important gathering for Indigenous youth from across the region in a positive, competitive, and culturally meaningful environment.”

Your participation in this golf tournament directly supports these young athletes as they build skills on and off the ice.

Event Details:

Entry Fee: $780 Per Team ($195 per player) – Payment accepted via Credit Card only
Host Course: Two Eagles Golf Course & Academy – Westbank BC

Event Date: Sunday September 27th, 2026

Registration Opens: July 25th, 2026
Registration Deadline: September 7th, 2026

• Ladies Play Red Tees (Rating: 61.8 / Slope: 101)
• Men Play Black Tees (Rating: 64.5 / Slope: 114)

Eligibility Requirements

To compete in this championship, players must meet the following criteria:

• Age: Must be at least 19 years of age at the time of the tournament.
• Amateur Status: Players must hold amateur status in accordance with the current Rules of Amateur Status published by the R&A and USGA.
• Policy Agreement: Compliance with all Golf Canada Policies is required.

Field Capacity & Priority

• Field Size: Limited to the first 20 paid teams that meet all eligibility requirements.

Divisions & Scoring

Competition will be held in the following divisions:

• Top 5 teams will place and win a prize based on gross score.

Playoffs: In the event of a tie, a playoff will determine the overall winners. The Tournament Committee will determine the order of play for these positions only; all other ties will remain as such.

Withdrawal & Refund Policy
